I am Excited about the Digital Transformation taking place across Industries and our daily lives.

As a Lead - CX CoE at smart Europe GmbH, Praveen’s main responsibilities are to provide expert technical advice in customer experience & customer journey to the business, empowering and enabling users on Adobe technology. Praveen also manages solution design & architectural exchange with smart Europe’s IT Engineering & Data Team, and strategic engagement with Adobe software and business partners.
Praveen lives with his young family in the pleasant valley of Tegernsee, located towards south of Munich, Germany, which provides a great opportunity to be close to mountains & lakes and enjoy traditional Bavarian culture.
